1. Progress Update

  • Check if everyone’s drafts have been proofread by at least two people.
  • Check if everyone has presentation talking points.
  • Next steps for drafts.

  • Begin planning the presentation, getting a basic aesthetic and template for how we’ll present everything.
  • Have bullet points for each slide that the respective members can flesh out before some day, where’ll we’ll practice the slideshow.

Overall, the video presentation should take thirty minutes (five minutes per person), and should include:

  • A group introduction.
  • The main body, composed of individual chapters.
  • Group conclusions. It is then followed by ten minutes for any questions.

The group has 14 days before the final deadline for both the group report and the presentation (from 10:00 until 10:50).
